This is a rare chance to take on a broad, end-to-end HR position where you'll be trusted to manage the full employee lifecycle, partner with leaders on people matters, and contribute to key business initiatives while working as a highly valued member of the wider HR function.
Job Description
As the standalone HR representative in WA, you'll be responsible for delivering hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including:
Employee relations and performance matters
Recruitment support and onboarding
Contracts and HR administration
Policy implementation and compliance
HRIS and process management
Payroll coordination with an external provider
Supporting change and integration initiatives
Coaching and supporting leaders across the business
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for a confident and commercially minded HR professional who can operate independently and build robust relationships across the organisation.
You'll ideally bring:
5+ years' HR Generalist experience
Strong end-to-end HR operations capability
Experience managing ER matters and investigations
Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Award interpretation
HRIS systems experience
Exposure to payroll processes or payroll coordination
The ability to work autonomously and confidently support leaders
