What you will be doing
Manage a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial leasing disputes.
Advise on lease breaches, termination, make valuable obligations and landlord rights.
Handle property development, contractual and insolvency-related disputes.
Draft pleadings, affidavits, witness statements and other court documents.
Assist with urgent interlocutory applications and appear in courts and tribunals.
Work directly with partners and clients on litigation strategy, mediation and dispute resolution.
Skills & experience
Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation, disputes or property litigation.
Experience managing litigation matters, ideally involving property or leasing disputes.
Robust drafting, legal research and analytical skills, with experience in court proceedings.
Ability to manage competing priorities and build effective client relationships.
Commercial awareness, strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
