We're seeking a Contract Administrator to join the delivery team on a major $300m industrial project for a Australian household name.
Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team, you'll support the financial and contractual management of the project from procurement through to final accounts.
Key responsibilities
Manage subcontractor procurement, tender comparisons and package letting.
Prepare and administer subcontracts.
Assess progress claims and variations.
Assist with cost reporting, forecasting and budget management.
Maintain accurate commercial records and support final account negotiations.
Work closely with the site team to track progress and resolve commercial issues.

About you




Experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial head contractor.
Robust understanding of subcontract administration, procurement and cost control.
Experience on large industrial, logistics or commercial projects preferred.
Robust attention to detail and confident communication and negotiation skills.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying or a related discipline.
