Viet Nails and Foot Spas, a busy Noosa nail salon, is looking for an experienced Nail Technician to join our team full time.

Salary: $79,000 to $81,000 per year plus superannuation

Hours: 38 hours per week, including weekends

Main duties
Perform manicures and pedicures, including cuticle care, exfoliating scrubs, paraffin wax treatments, hydrating masks, and hand, foot and arm massage.
Provide waxing services, including skin preparation and aftercare advice.
Apply, shape, infill, repair and remove nail enhancements using acrylic, builder gel, hard gel, soft gel, polygel and dip powder (SNS) systems.
Design and apply nail art to client requests, including freehand line work, encapsulation and chrome finishes.
Consult clients before each service and check hands, feet, skin and nails for contraindications or infections.
Follow infection control, hygiene and WHS procedures, including sterilising tools and handling chemicals safely.
Keep client treatment records and recommend aftercare products.

Requirements
Certificate IV or higher in Beauty Therapy or Nail Technology, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience as a Nail Technician.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
