Shepelec Contracting Services is seeking a qualified Electrician (General) to support our industrial, commercial and project-based operations in Paget and across Queensland.

This hands-on role involves electrical installation, maintenance, fault-finding, testing and repair of electrical systems, motors, control equipment, cranes, hoists and associated plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Test and commission electrical installations.
Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance.
Install and terminate cables, switchboards and control systems.
Complete service reports and compliance documentation.




Follow all workplace health and safety requirements.

About You
Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent qualification.
Experience in industrial, commercial or maintenance settings.
Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.

Salary range is $75,000 - $95,000pa commensurate with experience
