Jarvi Group is looking for excellent people! We are currently recruiting experienced and qualified Restaurant Managers to join our team in Orange, Orange North and Cowra NSW.
The role will suit a highly motivated, operations focused applicants who has completed LTS as minimum qualifications and has the skills to motivate a team and whilst being a professional employee but also having great fun along the way! Work directly with the licensee and get in control of your own future.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Shift Management including training
Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant within Shift Supervisor / Manager Responsibilities.
Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work.
Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures.
Oversee and manage staff, with selected Department responsibilities
Ability to achieve financial budgets.
Maintain WH&S; standards and cleanliness within the restaurant
Ensure security is strictly always adhered to.
The ability to train and develop team members
Proven staff management and leadership skills
A hands-on approach
Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication
A focus on policies and procedures
A passion for delivering high standards of customer service
