About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing friendly, ----knowledgeable support across phone and email.
You'll build relationships, solve problems and help customers find the right solutions, all while developing valuable experience within the health insurance industry.

What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
Build rapport and understand individual customer needs
Provide transparent and accurate information about products and services
Resolve enquiries and identify opportunities to improve customer experiences
Maintain accurate customer records across multiple systems
Work collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team

About You:

You'll be a confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems.

Ideally, you'll bring:




Previous customer service, contact centre, banking, insurance, superannuation or similar experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A confident and engaging phone manner
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Confidence navigating multiple systems
A positive, resilient attitude and eagerness to learn
