Our client is a Sydney-based accounting and business advisory firm, they are looking for a bubbly, well-presented front our house receptionist and admin support.
This is a front-of-office, client-facing role with responsibilities including:
Answering incoming phone calls and greeting clients.
Transferring calls to the appropriate team members.
Taking and recording messages within our practice management system.
Managing both electronic and paper-based filing of client documents.
Assisting our Superannuation Accountant with obtaining information and documentation from clients.
Supporting our Accounts Receivable team with client correspondence and information requests.
Learning and assisting with our internal electronic document management and filing processes.

Casual Loading
