Phoenix Source & Select is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support our busy national recruitment team from our Clayton office.
This role provides hands-on operational support across the recruitment lifecycle and is an excellent entry point into recruitment.
Responsibilities include advertising roles, screening candidates, supporting consultants, onboarding, and coordinating interviews.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with training provided.
