Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to handle a residential portfolio in the Macarthur area.
The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work and access to dedicated Leasing and Accounts support, allowing you to focus on results.
You will manage a portfolio with a Junior Property Manager, oversee arrears and renewals, and build solid landlord/tenant relationships, while delivering excellent service and staying compliant.
