We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on, diverse role supporting the day-to-day operations of our HQ, including stock coordination, showroom assistance and general office support.

Key Responsibilities:/n

General office support across the business
/n
Processing stock in and out for the Creative, Socials and PR teams
/n
Helping the showroom with stock and general support
/n
Coordinating deliveries between the warehouse and HQ
/n
Keeping stock organised and records accurate
/n
Working with multiple teams and pitching in where needed
/n

Requirements/n

Ability to work independently and think on your feet

Great attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and teamwork

Flexibility with hours and the ability to work to deadlines

Experience in office, retail, or showroom roles
