Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, support and assist the Boutique Manager with all daily retail duties.
Plays an active role in the boutique,increasing boutique sales, contributing individuallyto the turnover, and bringing the team inachieving the global objective
Analyzes the store's retail KPIs, identifies business opportunities to drive growth, implements 360° action plans to tackle them, and ensures follow-up and feedback sharing
Stays updated on thewatch industryas well as on local /market competitive environmentandanticipatesthe business accordingly, leveraging business opportunitieslinked to local market
Takesfull responsibilityof Boutique'sperformanceon all aspects in theabsence of the Boutique Manager
Ensures team's motivation and cohesion to reach the Boutique's goals
Acts as apoint of contactfor bothteamsand boutique / Marketmanagement,and as aprivileged interface between both when necessary




Ensuresstrong presenceon the shopfloor to support and coach the team members on the floor, provides feedback, develops them in their current roles
Promotes apositive, inclusive, and supportive work environmentin line withgroup's values
Contributes to thesuccessful onboarding of newcomers
Acts as Team leaderin theabsenceof theBoutique Manager
Ensures anoutstanding serviceis offered to all visitors in store;trains, develops, and debriefsteams aroundClient Experience excellence
Embodies the Tag Heuer'sbrand DNAand acts as apassionate Brand Ambassadorin and outside the boutique, especially atevents
Defines proactivelygrooming, attitudes, andVisual Merchandisingin line with luxury standards and internal guidelines
Leads the teamto developlong-term relationshipswithclients
Sets and follows clienteling action plans(outreaches, appointments, sales from appointments...)
Ensures qualitative client data collectionand leverages the data to address clients in apersonallyrelevant way, capitalizing on allopportunitiesto grow the business
Plans and participates to eventsin line with brand strategy and guidelines
Oversees the boutique operational processes, front and back,in line with internal guidelines (inventory, cash, security, store opening and closing...) with full autonomy
Ensurescompliancewithinternalcontrolpolicies




Supervises the store expenses and maintenance
Shows proactivity tochallenge and improve processes
