Implement our school's instructional model, including explicit direct instruction, structured literacy and opportunities for purposeful application of learning.
Use assessment and student learning data to inform teaching, monitor progress and respond to individual learning needs.
Establish positive relationships and create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Contribute to a collaborative professional learning culture through shared planning, reflection, feedback and ongoing improvement.
