Wellways is seeking a First Nations Recovery Worker (CLS) in Windsor/Richmond to provide culturally protected, recovery-focused support in the community.
You will work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants aged 16+ experiencing mental health challenges, building independence and connections to culture and community.
You will join a multidisciplinary team across NSW Government-funded CLS programs, travel across the region, maintain accurate records, and contribute to recovery plans
