$34-$38 per hour, depending on shift
We are seeking reliable and experienced warehouse operators to join our teams in Truganina and Derrimut.
This role combines sorting and pallet restacking duties, with successful candidates cross-trained in voice picking.
If you have previous Crown Tugger experience, warehouse picking experience and a willingness to learn current skills, we want to hear from you!
Duties Include
Sorting and restacking stock onto pallets
Operating a Crown Tugger to move stock throughout the warehouse
General warehouse duties and stock replenishment
Stacking and organising pallets
Working towards warehouse KPIs while maintaining safety standards
To Be Successful, You Must Have
Previous Crown Tugger operating experience - essential
Previous voice or RF-picking experience
A willingness to learn new processes




The ability to meet KPIs in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliability and a strong work ethic
The ability to work well under pressure
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
The physical fitness to lift ***** kg
Availability to work 5-6 days per week, including weekends and overtime as required
