The Opportunity
As a Venue Manager, you'll take ownership of your venue'speople, performance and guest experienceincluding:
Leading and developing high-performing teams
Driving commercial performance with full P&L; accountability




Managing labour, stock, costs and operational performance
Delivering exceptional guest experiences
Identifying opportunities to grow revenue
Developing future leaders and succession plans
Maintaining strong compliance, safety and operational standards
About You
We're looking for experiencedVenue Managers and General Managerswith:
High-volume pub, bar, restaurant or entertainment experience
Strong commercial and P&L; capability
Proven people leadership and team development skills
Confidence operating in complex, fast-paced environments
A passion for excellent hospitality and guest experiences
What's on Offer
$95,000–$120,000 + Super, plus a performance bonus of up to $44,000 p.a. paid quarterly — OTE $164,000 + Super.
