IPAA Victoria is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Events Coordinator to help deliver an exciting program of events, awards and activities.
Reporting to the Manager, Awards & Events, you will coordinate high-quality experiences for our partners, members and stakeholders, ensuring every interaction with IPAA Victoria is professional, seamless and meaningful.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery of a yearly calendar of major programs and events for members and partners
Liaise between program and event committees, suppliers, venues and designers and other members of the delivery team to deliver a seamless experience to customers
Oversee end-to-end event planning, encompassing strategic briefings, logistics, production schedules, risk assessments event collateral, and stakeholder management
Support the delivery of events for thought leadership, career development and corporate partner events delivered in person or online
Support the judging processes for the awards programs
Identify and implement process improvement
Review pricing and budgets to ensure revenue and key business objectives are met




Assist with post-event evaluation reporting including the use and analysis of data and stakeholder feedback to improve program design and deliver in the future
Support reporting to the Board and other key stakeholders
