About the Role:
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care staff to deliver person-centred care in a community setting.
You will be responsible for supporting clinical care needs while building positive relationships with clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care in line with individual care plans
Assist with clinical tasks including wound care, medication administration, and observations
Monitor and report any changes in client condition
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support clients with daily living activities as required
Collaborate with families, carers,



and the multidisciplinary team
Escalate clinical concerns to Registered Nurses or relevant health professionals
Support and guide Personal Care Workers when required
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
Maintain client confidentiality and uphold skilled boundaries
Contribute to a positive team culture and client-focused environment
Assist with risk assessments and incident reporting
Experience in community care, aged care, or disability (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Current Police Check and relevant clearances
Current NDIS Screening check or willing to aply one
Current WWC Check
