We are seeking a passionate and dedicatedHistory and Geography Teacher (Years 7–12)to join our team on anongoing full-time basis, commencing 28 January ****.
This is an exciting opportunity to inspire curiosity about the world, develop students' critical thinking skills and bring history and geography to life through engaging learning experiences.
Thecapacity to teach Religious Educationand awillingness to undertake training to teach VET Retail and Business Serviceswould be advantageous.
The successful candidate
The successful candidate will:
Demonstrate expertise in teaching History and Geography across Years 7–12.
Inspire a love of learning through engaging, innovative and challenging lessons.
Develop students' inquiry, research, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Cater to diverse learning needs and backgrounds through inclusive teaching practices.
Use student data and assessment evidence to inform teaching and improve student outcomes.
Build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
Demonstrate a commitment to Catholic education and the mission and values of the College.
Be committed to ongoing professional growth and development.
Ideally,



be willing to undertake training to teach VET Retail and Business Services.
Ideally, have the capacity to teach Religious Education.
