Accounts Manager / Trust Account Administrator (Real Estate & Property)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Manager to join our close-knit team in Summer Hill.
Available for the first time in four years, this established role offers a permanent, full-time opportunity within an award-winning Inner West agency.
Reporting to Financial Controller, you will manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain financial records, supporting our sales, leasing and property management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Managing Sales Trust account transactions
Liaising with our outsourced Rental Trust accounting provider
Provide support and respond to ad hoc queries from Property Managers
Managing daily financial transactions and bookkeeping
Contributing to the agency's overall financial management and improving operational efficiency
Skills & Experience
Sound understanding of NSW trust accounting requirements and compliance obligations
Solid numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality
Strong communication skills, collaborative, team-focused approach
Experience using Property Tree (MRI),
Reapit Sales (Agent Box), MYOB and MS Excel
