The Role:
Monday – Saturday (Saturdays are 9am-12pm) with a full day off during the week, we are seeking someone to assist a Senior Property Manager in managing and servicing a clean, neat, tidy, and local portfolio of 100 properties.
Assist with a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties
Maintaining relationships with tenants
Ingoings & outgoings
Conducting repairs and maintenance
Lease packs
Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
Rental Applications
Open for Inspections

The Candidate:
No real estate experience required
Must be Mandarin speaking
A current Certificate of Registration, driver's license & car
High level of professionalism
Commitment to superior customer service
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
