About The Role
You will act as the central coordinator for a large-scale store optimisation program, ensuring store changes are planned, sequenced and executed successfully.
Working across Product, Category Management, Space Planning, Retail Operations, Property, Construction and Logistics teams, you'll help coordinate the rollout of initiatives that directly impact customer experience, store performance and commercial outcomes.
Store changes may include:
Merchandising and ranging updates
Shelf and fixture modifications
Fridge configuration changes
New product introductions
Store layout improvements
Electrical and lighting upgrades
Operational and customer experience enhancements

Category Management, Space Planning, Retail Operations, Property, Construction and Logistics teams, you'll help coordinate the rollout of initiatives that directly impact customer experience, store performance and commercial outcomes.
Store changes may include:
Merchandising and ranging updates
Shelf and fixture modifications
Fridge configuration changes
New product introductions
Store layout improvements
Electrical and lighting upgrades
Operational and customer experience enhancements
The rollout is expected to reach approximately 25 stores per week, making solid planning and coordination skills critical to success.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate national rollout plans across a 600-store network.
Review store floorplans and implementation requirements.
Manage delivery schedules, dependencies and risks.
Work with space planning teams using RELEX.
Coordinate execution activities across multiple business functions.
Use Monday.com to manage rollout tracking and governance.
Monitor completion quality and implementation outcomes.
Review store imagery and feedback to validate execution.
Establish rollout processes and continuously improve delivery effectiveness.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you have experience coordinating large-scale retail initiatives and enjoy working across a broad stakeholder landscape.
