Aramex Sunshine Coast is seeking a Warehouse Leading Hand to support the PM shift, coordinating forklift activities and ensuring safe, effective distribution.
You will work with the current Leading Hand, drivers, office staff and the Operations Manager to meet operational objectives and uphold safety standards.
You will lead a small team, drive best practices, and promote a proactive safety culture while implementing SOPs and coordinating warehouse activities on site.
