Civica is seeking an Engineering Manager in Melbourne or Sydney to lead a team of 4–6 engineers while continuing to contribute technically.
You will help the team deliver and maintain customer-facing products, solve complex technical problems and create meaningful outcomes for the citizens we serve.
In this hands-on leadership role you will drive Agile/Scrum delivery, apply solid coding and system design, and guide cloud-based SaaS development using AWS or Azure.
