This is a full-time chance working 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday & 7:30am-4pm Friday.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work in an internal sales and operations role covering a range of day-to-day duties in a busy head office environment.
Key responsibilities
Sales and purchasing processing and monitoring
Managing key customer account interactions end to end mainly over the phone, face to face and via email
Supporting external sales staff as required
Processing, and assisting with picking and packing orders
Help manage goods inwards and outwards inspection
Assisting in warehouse as required
About you
Experience working in a small team
Excellent attention to detail
Have a positive and flexible attitude and the ability to build and maintain relationships
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office software
Comfortable in a hands-on and varied role
Experience within the hydraulic and industrial fluid transfer industry is welcomed
