With a growing pipeline of work, this role will offer plenty of variety, managingmedium-sized electrical projects and fitouts through to larger commercial and industrial projects.

About the role
You'll take ownership of projects from award through to completion, including:
Project delivery, programming and labour management
Procurement and subcontractor coordination
Variations, progress claims and commercial management
Budget and cost-to-complete monitoring
Client and builder relationships
Quality, safety, commissioning and project close-out
We're looking for someone with a solid electrical contracting background who combinespractical construction knowledge, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills.
The anticipated commencement isFebruary/March ****, subject to workload and project awards.
