Mitani-Products is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the shift on the Adelaide-based production floor.
You will supervise Production Operators, maintain quality and safety standards, and act as the first escalation point when the Production Manager is away.
You will drive productive production, enforce WHS, GMP and HACCP, and support continuous improvement initiatives while coaching the team to deliver on schedules and labour targets.
