NSW - ICT Support Technician for Leica Products
As a Support Technician, you will report directly to the NSW Geospatial Manager and be responsible for the following duties:
Analysis of hardware and software requirements and issues in relation of Leica suite of products
Provide Technical support and troubleshooting for software related issues
Conduct software inventory and license management
Collaborate with Survey Team for software needs and implementation solutions
Preparation of equipment including leasing with Service Department for pre delivery check and software installation
Undertaking troubleshooting evaluation, testing and rectification as required
Support customers with technical inquiries
Liaising with clients, direct, phone and email
Record keeping, quotes and assist with data recording
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant qualifications in Information Technology / Engineering or the equivalent.
At least 2 years experience as an ICT Technical Support specialist.
Experiences of, and certification with Leica TPS/GPS products.
Experience in working with Leica related software and hardware.

SALARY:
Base : $88,000 base + 12% superannuation
