What You'll Do:
We're looking for a driven Sales Merchandise team member who is passionate about agriculture to join our Bridgewater branch on a permanent basis.
Servicing a mix of cropping, dairy, livestock and vineyard clients, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a thriving local ag community.
A typical day may look like:
Build strong relationships with farmers, producers and trade customers
Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
Operate registers and process sales orders
Replenish stock, merchandise and prepare orders for delivery
Respond to product and pricing queries
Keep the store clean, friendly and professionally presented
What You'll Bring:
Previous retail or customer service experience
A passion for agriculture and customer service, with a positive, can-do attitude
Confidence using computers and systems (SAP experience highly desirable)
A self-motivated and reliable approach, comfortable working independently or as part of a team
A current driver's licence, a forklift ticket is also desirable
