Wathaurong Aboriginal Co in Geelong is seeking an Initial Assessment and Planning (IAP) Worker to provide timely assessments and support for Aboriginal people experiencing homelessness, with a mix of office-based and outreach delivery within the Secure Homes & Healing Team.
You will assess needs, coordinate and advocate for access to housing support and programs, apply culturally safe practices, and help clients achieve stable housing while ensuring child safety principles are upheld.
