Test Manager – Cloud Migration
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing activities for a major cloud migration and functional uplift program at one of Australia's leading logistics organisations.

Daily Rate: Up to $1,000 per day (initial 6-month contract)
Location: Hybrid – Melbourne preferred
Program: Cloud migration and functional uplift across Digital & Transport Management Systems
Leadership: Take full ownership of end-to-end testing delivery, leading and mentoring testing teams
Key responsibilities
Develop and lead the test strategy across unit, system, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
Own the test plan, schedule, and traceability matrix, aligned with program milestones.
Define entry/exit criteria, acceptance protocols, and defect management processes.
Drive preparation of test scenarios, scripts, test data, and environments in collaboration with SMEs and functional leads.




Oversee defect triage and resolution, ensuring timely prioritisation and closure.
Deliver regular test reporting with progress, risks, and quality metrics to governance forums.
Support go‐live readiness through production validation, business verification, and HyperCare planning.
Technical skills & experience
15+ years of testing experience, including 10+ years as a Test Manager on complex programs.
Proven experience in Australian enterprise environments (non-government & non-banking sectors).
Strong background in cloud migration and enterprise applications (ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM).
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with a solutions-focused approach.
Ability to deliver in rapid‐paced and complex environments.
