The Opportunity
As a DTS Site Technician, you will work closely with IT Operations and the Infrastructure team to deliver high‐quality technical support, assist with the rollout of IT projects and maintain a strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
This is a hands‐on role requiring problem‐solving skills, strong troubleshooting abilities and the capability to operate effectively in fast‐paced environments.
Key responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support to end users across various regional locations
Deliver excellent troubleshooting and problem‐solving solutions for Windows desktop environments and Office 365 applications
Work with networking technologies including switching, routing, firewalls and wireless systems
Apply knowledge of MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure
Assist with virtualisation systems such as Hyper‐V and VMware
Manage incidents, requests, and problem resolution in ServiceNow
Support the implementation and rollout of IT projects onsite




Deliver professional and timely customer service with clear communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with end users
Work collaboratively within the IT support team to resolve issues or deploy equipment remotely
What is required
Relevant Tertiary Technology Qualification or Industry Certifications highly regarded
Excellent knowledge of Windows Desktop Environment and Office 365
Knowledge of networking including switching, routing, firewalls and wireless technologies
Knowledge of MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure
Knowledge of virtualisation including Hyper-V or VMWare
Experiencing in dealing issue, request and problem management, preferably in Service Now
Strong customer service skills
Robust time management and organisational skills
