The Role
Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities will include:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-value technology procurement, cloud/SaaS agreements, and managed services contracts
Advising on telecommunications infrastructure access, network rollouts, and complex commercial joint ventures.
Providing critical cybersecurity incident response strategy, advising on data privacy and data breach risk mitigation.




Supporting transactional corporate matters
About You
To ensure a successful fit for this dynamic practice, you will possess:
2 to 8+ years paespecializing in TMT, tech procurement, or commercial technology law.
Excellent commercial drafting and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills to interface directly with key personnel at major enterprise entities and government departments.
