Waterfront Motel in beautiful Nagambie is looking for a friendly, experienced Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our 40-room lakeside property.
About the Role
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service in a relaxed, scenic environment.
This is a casual position across varying shifts, so flexibility is key — and you must be available to work weekends.
You will manage front desk operations and ensure our guests feel right at home.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
Answering phone and email enquiries
Managing reservations and bookings
Liaising with housekeeping for room readiness
Providing general guest assistance with warmth and professionalism




What we're looking for
Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service
Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident working independently
A warm, professional attitude and attention to detail
Experience with booking systems is a plus (but training can be provided)
Be part of a friendly and supportive team
