What you will do
As a specialist case worker, you will support residents as they work towards their treatment and rehabilitation goals.
You will help maintain a safe, secure and supportive environment at Rivergum Residential Treatment Centre.
You will:
supervise andmotivateresidents,



model positive behaviour and support daily routines
maintain asafe and securefacility through searches, security checks and incident reports
plan and runmeaningfulactivities that build life skills and support rehabilitation
work with case managers and clinicians to support treatment goals andpositive change
monitor residents, follow their progress and report concerns or breaches of rules.
About you
You have a relevant qualification and/or relevant experience.
You must also hold a current Victorian driver licence.
You should also have:
the ability to create asafe, supportivesetting and model positive behaviour
the ability to understand and applyVictorian laws, policies and procedures
the skills to respond to residents'complex needswith flexible, tailored support
strongcommunication, teamwork and problem-solving skills, with the resilience to manage challenging situations.
