Role Description
We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist to join our H&R; Block Glen Innes office in northern NSW.
This is a permanent, on-site position working 35 hours per week across five days.
You will support the day-to-day operation of the office, including:
Responding to client enquiries in person and over the phone
Managing staff and client appointments and schedules
Coordinating meetings and general office administration
Managing paperwork and maintaining accurate records




Supporting the team to ensure the office runs smoothly and clients receive a professional and welcoming experience
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sound computer skills
The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
A keen interest in accounting and taxation
Willingness to undertake additional training as required
Previous office experience is preferred, but not essential
