We are looking for afull-time Sales & Administration Officerto join our friendly Horsham team.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines customer service, sales and administration.
You will be one of the friendly faces of our business, assisting customers with enquiries and helping them find the right products and solutions for their individual needs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
Assisting customers with mobility, accessibility and disability support products
Providing product information and assisting with sales
Preparing quotes and following up customer enquiries
Processing orders, sales and hire enquiries
Answering phones and managing general enquiries
General administration and data entry
Basic accounts, invoicing and payment processing
Liaising with customers, suppliers and other professionals
Assisting with stock management and showroom presentation
Maintaining accurate customer records
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks
Providing a high level of friendly and personalised customer service
About You
We are looking for someone who iskind, caring and genuinely enjoys helping people.
You will ideally be:
Friendly, approachable and professional
Reliable, organised and punctual
Confident communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email




Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
A positive person who is willing to learn
Comfortable working independently while also being a robust team player
Someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service
Interested in developing your knowledge of mobility and accessibility products
Previous experience in sales, administration, customer service, disability, aged care, healthcare or mobility will be highly regarded, however,we are more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude and values.
Essential Requirements
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team
