We pride ourselves on high-quality coffee, great food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-onCafe Supervisorto help lead our Front of House team and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Front of House team during busy shifts
Maintain high standards of customer service, food, and coffee quality
Coordinate smoothly between the floor, barista bar, and kitchen
Assist with opening/closing procedures, daily cash handling, and basic stock control
Train and guide junior and casual staff on shift
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Cafe Supervisor, Team Leader,



or Senior All-Rounder in a fast-paced cafe
Must be available to work weekends (5-day rotating or fixed roster)
Strong communication skills and a positive, leads-by-example attitude
Calm and organised under pressure during peak hours
Barista skills are highly regarded (though your primary focus is floor & shift leadership)
Full Australian working rights
What We Offer
Market-competitive salary of$70,000 - $80,000 + Super
