About the position
Our client is looking for a capable Practice Manager to oversee clinic operations and provide solid leadership to the team.
You'll be responsible for keeping the practice organised, productive and patient-focused.
This will involve supporting staff, coordinating workflows, maintaining operational standards and working closely with the Dentists to ensure each day runs efficiently.
The clinical team provides a broad range of care, including preventative dentistry, restorative treatments, crowns, fillings, teeth whitening and cosmetic procedures.
Key Requirements
Previous practice management or comparable leadership experience
Dental industry experience is highly regarded
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
Excellent organisation and time-management skills




Confident communication with patients, Dentists and staff
Ability to remain composed and solutions-focused during busy periods
Sound understanding of practice administration and operational processes
Strong commitment to patient service and team culture
Key Requirements

Salary up to $84,000, aligned with experience
Weekday roster with weekends free
