Job Description
Blazing Labour Pty Ltd is currently recruiting reliable, hardworking Production Workers for an established smallgoods manufacturing facility in Thomastown, Victoria. We are seeking motivated individuals who are physically capable, enjoy hands-on work and can thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
About the Role
General meat processing and production duties
Manual handling, lifting and moving products
Packing, sorting and preparing products
Working on production lines
Maintaining workplace hygiene and food safety standards
Following workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking
Good physical fitness and the ability to safely perform repetitive manual handling tasks
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work in a physically demanding,



fast-paced environment
Willingness to undertake hands-on production duties
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
Pay and Perks
Starting rate: $***** per hour (casual), including casual loading
Higher hourly rates may apply depending on relevant experience, skills and applicable award classification
Superannuation paid in addition
Applicable overtime, penalty rates and allowances paid in accordance with the Meat Industry Award ****
On-the-job training provided
