As a
Barista
, you'll be part of one of our busiest café locations, producing more than
3,000 coffees per week
. We're looking for a passionate and experienced coffee professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional coffee and customer service every day. You will craft every coffee experience with care, consistency, and attention to detail while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
When you join the team, you'll bring:
Minimum
1.5 to 2 years' recent barista experience
in a busy café environment
Robust knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including coffee shot extraction, milk texturing, and milk splitting
Ability to manage high coffee volumes while maintaining quality and consistency
Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections
Energy and motivation to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
Strong prioritisation and time management skills without compromising the customer experience
Confidence promoting in-store offers and engaging with customers
A safety-first approach and ability to remain calm in emergency situations

Working Hours
Most of our stores are open 24 hours so our customers can stock up on essential groceries, grab a hot snack or take a moment to unwind. As a part time employee, you'll enjoy the predictability of these core hours:
Available Shifts:
Week 1
Monday: 5:00am - 10:00am
Tuesday: 5:00am - 10:00am
Thursday: 5:00am - 12:00pm
Friday: 5:00am - 12:00pm
Week 2
Monday: 5:00am - 10:00am
Tuesday: 5:00am - 10:00am
Thursday: 5:00am - 12:00pm
Friday: 5:00am - 12:00pm
Applicants must be available to work all rostered shifts.
