About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients and visitors
Managing appointment bookings and recalls
Answering telephone enquiries
Medicare and EFTPOS processing
Managing patient records and correspondence
Supporting doctors, nurses and allied health professionals
General administration and reception duties
Assisting with recalls, reminders and preventative health programs
