RACV Inverloch Resort is seeking an experienced Resort Operations Manager to lead multiple departments during a major redevelopment and growth phase on Victoria's Bass Coast. Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will act as the designated 2IC and drive operational excellence, guest experiences and commercial performance.
You'll lead through influence, develop departmental leaders, manage budgets and planning, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering RACV's renowned service.
