Warehouse Team Leader
$***** per hour | Part-time

The Opportunity
Lead daily warehouse operations, supporting the Supervisor with team supervision, food product controls and high operational standards.
In this hands-on, fast-paced role you'll check incoming deliveries and coordinate accurate goods receipting, stock movements and timely distribution to internal outlets across our properties.
Key Responsibilities
Place and monitor supplier stock orders, resolve supplier order and outlet delivery discrepancies, physically check all outgoing deliveries and liaise with outlets daily.
Lead the team in correctly receiving, handling, storing and delivering all goods required.
Apply and monitor food safety procedures and maintain a high standard of warehouse cleanliness.
Maintain stock par levels and ensure all purchased products meet the required specifications.




Complete data entry as required and oversee transactions including goods receipts, goods issues, purchase requisitions, transfers and spoilage.
Ensure accurate records in the SAP stock system and liaise with Purchasing and Supervisors to resolve anomalies.
Keep the warehouse orderly and organised, maintain stock and bin locations, and liaise with BSAs to ensure stocktakes are completed accurately.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for team players with a solid work ethic and a can-do attitude.
You'll bring:
A current Australian manual driver's licence (essential)
A forklift licence
A high level of physical fitness for manual labour
Strong knowledge of the SAP inventory system
Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
Availability to work across weekends as required
