Hills Robes & Screens is a leading built-in robe, sliding door and screen company on the Sunshine Coast, based in Caloundra. We design, make and install everything in our own workshop, for homeowners and builders across South East Queensland. We're known for quality work, honest timeframes and looking after our clients from the first call to the final install. The business has grown, and it's time to add to the crew. But we only want the best. Are you good enough?
We're recruiting a Cabinetmaker / Installer, full time, starting late November on a casual basis with a view to permanent. We pay $36 to $47 per hour plus super, depending on experience. You'll build in our workshop and install on site, and you'll be the face of Hills in our clients' homes. You might be working for another cabinet maker, joiner or robe company right now and want a team that runs on systems, not chaos. 4th-year apprentices are welcome to apply.

Wherever you are now, this is what you must be able to do to work at Hills:
Build and install robes, sliding doors and joinery to the drawing, and to a standard you'd be proud to put in your own home.
Finish jobs within the allocated hours. We give you the time, and you hit it.
Turn up on time, every time, ready for the morning start.
Treat every client's home like it's your nan's. Protect floors and walls, and leave it spotless.
Solve problems on site yourself. We're problem solvers. Only elevate safety, design or approval issues.
Get your job sheets, sign-offs, photos and hours in on the same day. No excuses.
Help train and look out for our apprentice/s.
Look after the tools, vehicles and gear like they're yours.
Have fun, enjoy and be proud of what you achieve in your working day.
Hold a qualification as a cabinetmaker or joiner, be an experienced robe and joinery installer, or be a 4th-year apprentice.
Hold a current driver licence and white card.
