staff presentation and groomingLead by example and mentor/guide new colleaguesFrom time to time assist at our other venues including the ACMI About YouStrong understanding of operational efficiency, service flow, labour productivity, and technical venue operations in a high-volume hospitality environmentValid RSA and full working rights in AustraliaCompetence in Square POS and Open Table softwareAbility to train and mentor other staffGreat problem solving skillsExcellent communication skills and a positive attitudeExperienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced hospitality environmentPassion for the hospitality industry and career progressionYour background would ideally includeMinimum 1 year experience in a management or supervisory position within a premium venueStrong understanding of A la carte restaurant operationKnowledge of Wines, Spirits and Cocktail creation and making is a bonusA love of the theatre and the arts would be ideal AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations CBD & Inner Suburbs Melbourne ****
