At MICM, our Property Management teams are structured to help you succeed. Each team consists of a Team Leader, Property Managers, Leasing Assistants and a Business Development Manager. Your Team Leader is dedicated to coaching, training and supporting the team, allowing you to focus on managing your portfolio and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
Manage an established residential property portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently and professionally
Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports
Manage arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters
Maintain accurate records and documentation within RPS
Represent rental providers at VCAT when required
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and portfolio growth
About You
You'll be an experienced Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, staying organised and delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll also have:
Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
The ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment
An Agent's Representative Certificate
Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating roster
