Are you an Osteopath looking for a clinic where you can build strong relationships with your clients, enjoy working alongside a supportive team, and feel genuinely valued for what you bring? Prime Balance Rehab is a family-owned Allied Health clinic in Pomona, in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland.
We're a small, close-knit team who believe in providing thoughtful, individualised care and creating a workplace where both our clients and practitioners feel supported.
We're fortunate to have a growing client base and a community that continues to support our clinic. With our current Osteopath being fully booked, we're looking for another Osteopath to join us and help meet the demand for care.

About the Role
You'll be joining an established multidisciplinary team comprising of an Osteopath, a Myotherapist and a Remedial Massage Therapist. With a strong existing client base and internal referrals across the team, there's an opportunity to build a rewarding caseload while working collaboratively with practitioners who value communication, shared knowledge and good patient care!
We're interested in finding the right person for our team, and we're happy to discuss flexible arrangements that suit your experience, professional goals and lifestyle.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people,



takes pride in their work and values the relationships they build with their clients.
Ideally, you'll:
Hold current AHPRA registration and meet the relevant professional membership requirements.
Have a genuine interest in holistic, evidence-based and client-centred care.
Enjoy being part of a cooperative multidisciplinary team.
Bring warmth, empathy and professionalism to your consultations.Be interested in continuing to learn, develop and grow as a practitioner.
You don't need to have everything figured out. Whether you're an experienced Osteopath or a new graduate, we're open to meeting someone who shares our approach to patient care and would enjoy being part of our team!

Our clinic operates between 6 am and 6 pm, giving us scope to accommodate different schedules, whether you prefer early starts, school-hour shifts or later appointments.
