nAbout the RoleAs a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and internal teams by managing orders, responding to enquiries, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the customer journey.n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Process customer sales orders accurately using SAP
n
Provide customers with updates regarding stock availability, pricing, delivery delays, and estimated arrival times
n
Follow up with customers before and after service delivery
n
Respond to product, order, and delivery enquiries via phone and email
n
Manage repair and credit enquiries from existing customers
n
Generate daily sales order reports and other reports as required
n




Liaise with freight providers to coordinate deliveries
n
Monitor and check stock availability to support customer requirements
n
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:

Previous experience in a customer service role within a product-based environment
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
High attention to detail and accuracy
n
A proactive and team-focused approach
n
Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office (highly regarded)
n
