Moon Dog Beach Club is an 800pax, jungle-beach-party inspired wonderland aiming to provide the very best in culinary experiences, beverages and entertainment to the good people of the South East!
Our large, well equipped kitchen slings out pub classics and beachy-favorites to the masses!
We're seeking experienced chefs to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. You will bring your experience in fast-paced, large kitchens to make Moon Dog Frankston one of the best places to eat in the area! The ideal candidates will have proven experience in similar roles (Large, high-energy, pub-style venues) and take great pride in what they do.
The ideal candidate will have:
Recent experience in a similar role
Solid knowledge of pub-style cuisine
Positive, friendly attitude
Strong problem-solving and situational handling skills
Strong knowledge of health and safety standards
The ability to work late evenings , weekends, and public holidays
We can offer you:
1-3 shifts per week,



with more in summer if you want it. Weekend availability is a must! Please let us know what you are looking for in your application.

This role is paid at Level 3 or 4 HIGA award, depending on qualifications.
